Sidekick Homes is the product and vision of Kephart Living, LLC.

We are a design and consulting firm dedicated to the support and resurgence of the Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) as a key component of sustainable communities. We design green, affordable and beautiful backyard cottages that blend harmoniously with existing architectural elements and neighborhood character.

Mike Kephart has acquired decades of architectural and real estate experience, and believes strongly in reintroducing diversity to older neighborhoods. He is dedicated to allowing citizens to reap the rewards of long-time home ownership while providing a cost effective option for both the homeowner and the resident.
